1. Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom-produced after your order is placed.

This allows us to:

  • Reduce waste
  • Maintain exclusivity
  • Offer unique designs

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Because items are made specifically for you, items cannot be restocked or resold once production begins.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Minor color variations caused by differences in screens or lighting

We strongly encourage reviewing size charts and product details before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

All claims are reviewed based on the information provided and in accordance with these policies and applicable law.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly, respectfully, and in good faith.

4. Shipping

All orders are made-to-order and require production time before shipment.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, after which your order is shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Production volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Weather or external disruptions

During periods of high demand, production and fulfillment times may be extended.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

We aim to fulfill all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining product quality.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

MysterMash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible, but resolution is not guaranteed.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom manufacturing process.

6. Customer Conduct

We treat all customers with professionalism and respect and expect the same in return.

Fraudulent claims, abusive behavior, or repeated misuse of policies may result in claim denial or refusal of future service.

Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your personal information with transparency, care, and respect.

When you interact with MysterMash, we may collect information such as your name, email address, shipping details, and purchase history. This information is used only to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders
